Dr Geoff Bryant leads Quorn Foods R&D and Technical teams and has responsibility for Fermentation science, NPD, Innovation, Quality, Regulatory and Technology development from product concept through to implementation.
Geoff Joined Quorn Foods in May 2017 and has over 20 years of R&D and Innovation leadership experience the majority of the time spent at Mars Inc. in the UK and USA.
Geoff holds PhD and BSc degrees in Chemistry from The University of East Anglia.
Geoff is passionate about the potential of the Quorn business and the role it can play to help consumers lead healthier and more sustainable lifestyles.
