100% vegetarian, zero soy: the right bite for a better world.
As a master butcher and consultant in the meat industry, Friedrich Büse, founder of the AMIDORI Food Company, has been working on his idea for a new food category completely based on plant protein for over a decade. In cooperation with the renowned Fraunhofer-Institut für Verfahrenstechnik und Verpackung (IVV) and industry leader Emsland Group, the German food start-up has realised an entirely new form of nutrition. M¡dori®, is 100% soy, lactose and gluten free and offers an exceptional bite and rich taste. Spread across three production sites in the DACH region, 100 employees are constantly working on expanding the M¡dori® product range in an environmentally and climate-friendly way. Following their advanced “from field to fork” approach, the “plant protein people” are currently offering M¡dori® Minced, Pulled, Sticks, Stripes and Crunchlets as ready-to-use convenient products for both the B2B as well as the B2C market. Prior to the official product launches, the M¡dori® range was tested at street-food markets across Germany for more than a year, where more than 23,000 portions were sold and direct consumer feedback was gathered.
